Thank you to all of our regular customers for trusting us with your bikes, telling your friends about the shop and being a great group of people to work with. It is because of you that we are excited to announce that we’ve expanded into ski tuning starting September 2019! We’re offering next morning turnaround on most ski work. You can view our tune offerings and price list here. If you want to save time, you can fill out our online customer drop off form so you can just drop and go when we see you! We get a lot of “So this is from your garage? Do you actually have machines? ” The short answer is, we do! We purchased a few machines to handle all levels of tuning. For ski base prep sanding and base structuring, we’re using a Grindrite 2100 belt/stone combo. For initial side and base sharpening, we’re using a Grindrite ST500 and we’ve got a Montana HTT Dual System to finish off your edges with polish. They’re all fired up and running well! We’re also excited to offer year-round tuning for both bikes and skis. With desert bike trips in the shoulder seasons, fat biking during the winter, and so many people rolling one ski season right into the next, we saw a need for this year-round service in Summit County.
